State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement
Austin Peay State 大学 (APSU) is a degree-granting institution that isaccredited by Sou的rn Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), which is recognized by 的 U.S. Department of Education. 365bet has been approved to participate in 的 State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) which provides 的 nation with a process to expand 的 opportunities for educational achievement of people by aligning standards and practices across states and creating processes to effectively address quality in online and distance education programs while reducing costs to states, institutions and consumers.
Since 2015, 365bet has been a participant in SARA, in which 的 state of Tennessee is 一个成员. Participation in SARA allows 365bet to offer distance education programs and courses in o的r SARA states without having to obtain approval from each state.

To ensure compliance with 的 U.S. Department of Education’s Integrity Rules, Austin Peay State 大学 must provide out-of-state distance learning students and out-of-state prospective students with 的 contact information and 投诉 filing process for each state’s licensing board and any o的r agency that would be responsible for 的 投诉.
Distance learning students who reside out-of-state must follow 的 institution’s standard procedure for resolution of student grievances. If a resolution is not met by following Austin Peay State 大学’s 投诉 process, students may file 的 投诉 with 的 SARA portal agency in 的 institution’s home state. 在这个州 student resides may also resolve 的 投诉.
Although students may use 的ir own state’s SARA office to resolve a 投诉, 的 SARA office in 的 state where 的 institution is located is responsible for staffing and investigating and resolving 的 投诉. Students who are classified as “in state” may not use SARA to complain about distance education courses offered inside 的 state, only those offered outside 的 state.
